Shipping

For domestic orders in Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days, keep in mind that public holidays and busy times at the post office can slow down delivery time. For international orders, you can expect to receive your goods within 2-4 weeks, however there may sometimes be delays that are out of our control so we appreciate your patience.

Tracking

Postage tracking is included with your order regardless of domestic or international location. A tracking code will be sent out to you once your order has been shipped.

Refunds

We can’t provide refunds for minor scuffs or imperfect packaging that inevitably occur during transit. If you want to grab perfect stock then the best way to do so is at one of our artist’s shows. In the event that your record doesn’t work or doesn’t sound right fill out the contact form below.

Postage Rates and Customs Fees

Shipping rates are determined by the customers location and weight of order. Customs fees and things such as import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost; these are the buyers responsibilities. Please ensure you check with your country’s custom fee rates to determine what these additional costs will be.
